Production Study

In order to help you optimize your operating costs, we have tools that facilitate simulations to verify, at lower cost, the impact of a change in your system loading / transport (change of type, size devices, changing profile of the runway, increased availability, ...). These production studies, carried out according to your own constraints and in full cooperation with you, are made from CATERPILLAR software such as:

• FPC (Fleet Production and Costs): Software very comprehensive student production costs and loading / transport, including also the costs of machinery servitude. This software is often used to compare solutions shovels-trucks, truck-loaders, scrapers, and so on.
  
  
• EMF (Earthmoving Fundamentals): More general, from the scraper to work digging trenches.
  
  
• Dozsim (Dozer simulation): Earthmoving to bow. Software backed a CAD program to model the fine deposit.
  
  
• EIA (Equipment Investment Analysis): Financial impact of investment in machinery.
