FRAME WORKSHOP MANAGER
The workshop head optimizes the functioning and the profitability of his/her workshop, through the monitoring of its technical activity, the organization and the follow-up of its team’s work. He/she is to guarantee the operational procedures are followed and is in charge of passing on information to the workshop administration and management.

« I joined Burkina Equipements as a trainee mechanic, in February 2006, and this internship allowed me to find out about the Cat equipment, and to get familiar with the Cat system environment. Then I was hired, in May 2006, 1st, as a mechanic dedicated to the transmissions room, and then the engines room, in 2007. My commitment and evolution got me an assignment to the Frame workshop as an engine mechanic, and then as a breakdown mechanic on the TP construction sites, mines and the engines of the location park. I joined the Essakane mine as a PSC in 2010, and then promoted to external work and park location head in 2012. Thanks to the society’s succession plan, which pushes forward the executives’ up skills, I was appointed Frame workshop manager in February 2015.
I owe my ascent to my supervisors et to the support of my co-workers that I’m thankful to. As for Burkina Equipements, I commit to a perpetual dynamic progress. »
THE TECHNICAL SERVICE
The supervisor manages and animates its teams. He/she plans the works collaborating with the workshop head, and organizes and monitors the material and human resources.

In June I came across an opportunity, and was appointed Shop manager. Then, as the manager of Burkina Equipements trusted me, I went back to being head accountant in October 2010. Finally, after 3 years at that position and in compliance with the intern staff promotion policy, I was promoted in June as Deputy Chief Financial Officer. THE CONSTRUCTION & FORESTRY, ENERGY AND MINING BUSINESS UNITS
BU MINES DIRECTOR
He participates to the definition of the commercial strategy of the B.U. Mines, respecting the global strategy elected by the head office. He animates and monitors the Mine activity, collaborating with the BU in JA Delmas. He is the link between the mining customers and the rest of the company as well as the constructor.
